The 4th Jiangsu Book Fair opened on July 3 at Suzhou International Expo Center and continues until July 6. This year, a volunteer taxi fleet is attracting public attention, with 30 taxi drivers providing service for people in Suzhou.

The idea of a volunteer taxi fleet for the book fair was put forward in April and won warm responses from many taxi companies in Suzhou. In the end, 30 taxi drivers from Huitong Taxi Co. Ltd were chosen to form the volunteer fleet. The members promise to provide regular service for orphanages, schools and the elderly.

Meanwhile, if you want some books delivered, you can call 0512-65838151, and the volunteer taxi drivers will pick up the books and bring them to the designated places.

Additionally, the volunteer taxi fleet offers passengers books to read. Passengers who take a member taxi during the book fair will get a map of Suzhou and a Suzhou Guide for free.

The volunteer taxi fleet is working to expand its scope of service. It plans to build a public library for schools and communities that are short on books, newspapers and magazines.
