Culture carnival kicks off in S China
A traditional marriage ritual of the Zhuang ethnic group is performed, where the bride walks amid the bridesmaids on a street in Laibin, South China’s Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region on Monday. A carnival focused on the culture of ethnic groups of Zhuang and Yao, which will last a week, kicked off on Sept 19 in Laibin, where cultural traditions such as costumes and dances will be exhibited.
