Yin Ruins placed on archaeological sites list
This file photo shows a bird's-eye view of the Yin Ruins of the Shang Dynasty (16th century - 11th century BC) capital in Anyang in Central China's Henan province. The ruins, with a history of more than 3,300 years, was placed on the World Heritage List in July 2006 and was recently listed by China's State Bureau of Cultural Relics as one of the 12 national archaeological sites.
