Hangzhou's haircut at a snip of the price

Zhou Fuhai, 64, works on a customer's hair at a small lane in Hangzhou city, East China's Zhejiang province. Zhou started his shaving business after retiring from Hangzhou Heavy Machinery Factory in 1997. He charges 2.5 yuan for each haircut and is very popular with the nearby communities and migrant workers. Hangzhou city is famous across China for its beautiful natural scenery. It is also known for its high living costs as well, and as a result, different social groups with diverse incomes require different levels of hairdressing services to meet their own needs.
