 Folk dance in SW China

Villagers jump as they perform a folk dance for visiting tourists in Zhenxing village in Jinggu county, Yunnan province August 21, 2011. The performance, a traditional folk dance of the Yi ethnic minority, involves a man acting like a shepherd and dozens of people acting as goats by holding wooden sticks attached to a handcrafted goat head. The villagers believe that the dance can ward off evil spirits and bring good fortune, local media reported. Picture taken August 21, 2011. [Photo/Agencies]
