A man buys more than 80 bottles of mineral water at a supermarket in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province Mar 1, 2012. According to a report released on Tuesday by Wuhan Environmental Protection Bureau, sewage discharged from the Chenjiashan water gate, 3 miles away from the Baishazhou water works, affected water quality, so the water works increased the chlorine content, causing the peculiar smell.
