Families are being asked to join a charity walking activity with the theme, "Caring for the elderly through action", at Shanghai's Sheshan National Tourist Resort, in the Songjiang district, on Nov 22.

Activity organizers are looking for 500 willing families of two to four members, including at least one child and one adult, to compete on two routes -- one 5-km and one 10-km. The route will follow through tourist attractions such as Shanghai Happy Valley, East Sheshan Park, West Sheshan Park, and the Shanghai Yuehu Sculpture Park.
