Kimi Raikkonen will make his Ferrari debut in a test at Italy's Vallelunga circuit on Tuesday, the Formula One team said.

Raikkonen has yet to do any laps for his new team since leaving Mercedes-powered McLaren at the end of last year to replace Ferrari's retired seven-times world champion Michael Schumacher.

A Ferrari spokesman said the 27-year-old Finn would drive last year's 248F1 car in a scheduled three-day test at the circuit near Rome while Brazilian team mate Felipe Massa tested the new F20007.

Ferrari have been forced to abandon plans to test at Mugello, much closer to their Maranello factory, because of predicted bad weather.
