Chinese soccer teams have challenged Barcelona four times since 2004 with a total scoreline reading a sad 21-0.

April 22, 2004: Barcelona gives the visiting Chinese national team, coached by Arie Haan, a 6-0 thumping in Nou Camp, even without Brazilian star Ronaldinho.

Aug 8, 2004: Barcelona makes its first China tour and beats Shanghai International United 3-0 at the Shanghai Stadium. Fewer than 10,000 spectators watch the game.

Aug 3, 2005: Barcelona has a friendly match with Shenzhen Jianlibao in Macao and records a 9-0 victory over the home team.

Aug 5, 2007: Barcelona makes its first appearance in Beijing with Ronaldinho, Samuel Eto'o, Lionel Messi, Deco, etc. and defeats Beijing Guo'an 3-0 at Fengtai Stadium. Twenty thousand fans attended the game.
