Tourism event showcases Ningxia Hui's attractions

The Ningxia Hui autonomous region’s Commission of Tourism Development recently held an event in Beijing, to promote the area's scenery, culture and food.

Information on the scenic spots and travel information was provided at event, which also featured traditional song and dance performances by members of the Hui ethnic group.

The Commission also issued 1,000 Ningxia road trip passports to Beijing’s self-driving club members and other guests at the event.

With the passport and one’s driving license, one can enter Ningxia's 41 scenic spots for free for a period three years.

The passports also offer other discounts to Beijing residents until the end of this year.
