The management of peripheral logistics and inner operations has teamed up in several Olympic competition venues in Beijing to make their management more effective.

Transport signs inside and outside the venues, urban telecommunication systems, spectator seats and public utilities outside the venues will now be managed as "one organic whole", officials of the Beijing 2008 Environmental Management Headquarters Office said.

The Olympic venues in which the new joint management system will be enforced are the China Agriculture University Gymnasium (wrestling), the Beijing University of Science and Technology Gymnasium (judo and taekwondo), the Capital Indoor Stadium (volleyball) and the Wukesong Indoor Stadium (basketball), the office said.
