Rajoelina, Ravalomanana go to second round of presidential election in Madagascar

ANTANANARIVO, Nov. 17 -- Andry Rajoelina and Marc Ravalomanana went into the second round of the presidential election in Madagascar, which will take place on December 19, according to provisional results released Saturday by the Independent National Electoral Commission of Madagascar.
