Lab researcher creates exquisite pressed flower artworks

In the past 22 years, Liu Xianghuan has created numerous exquisite pressed flower artworks, some of which have won national and international awards.
Liu, 57, a teacher from Northeast Forestry University, started her study on pressed flower art in 1996 when she tried to retain the color of a fallen leave via mineral acid occasionally.
