Finnish President Niinisto to visit China

Finnish President Sauli Niinisto will pay a state visit to China from Jan 13 to 16 at the invitation of President Xi Jinping.

The most recent Niinisto-Xi meeting was held in April 2017, when Xi undertook an official visit to Finland and the two countries confirmed the establishment of a future-oriented new-type cooperative partnership. Niinisto last made an official visit to China in 2013.
