UK's first '3D' crosswalk

The first "3D" crosswalk in the UK was painted in St John's Wood, London, in a bid to slow down the traffic, BBC reported.

The optical illusion, which creates a floating effect, was introduced in St John's Wood by Westminster City Council as part of a 12-month trial.
