Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is set to visit India Octo 3-6 for talks with her Indian counterpart Narendra Modi, to discuss several bilateral and regional issues, including the long-pending pact on the Teesta water sharing and the Rohingya crisis.

The Teesta deal was set to be signed during then-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's visit to Bangladesh in September 2011, but was postponed at the last minute due to objections by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

The two sides also are expected to facilitate the repatriation of hundreds of thousands of Rohingya refugees to Myanmar.

Besides holding talks with Modi, Hasina is set to address the India Economic Summit of the World Economic Forum on Oct 4.
