Reader Esther's 2019 seems perfect: She was admitted to her dream university as a graduate student and has developed a good habit of going to bed early and getting up early. She showed her resolution for the People's Public Security University of China and the letter of admission from the university (above). The handwriting in Chinese (left below) reads "getting rid of the cell phone and going to bed after 12:30 am" and a screenshot from a sleep tracking app of hers shows she did just that.
