It takes more than 10 steps and over 20 hours to produce the noodles, from making the dough to stretching out the several-meters long noodles and then drying and packing them for shipping. There are many ways to serve noodles, either stir-fried or in broth soup.
The noodles have helped lift the region out of poverty.
