Houston concert graces Chinese New Year

A music concert, Greetings of Spring, is held in the residence of the Chinese Consulate General in Houston to celebrate Chinese New Year on Jan 22, 2020. [Photo provided to Chinaculture.org]

The concert served as a musical dialogue between Eastern and Western music performed by traditional Chinese music artists from the local community and the Houston Symphony String Quartet.

It reached climax when the finale My Home River was co-presented by Houston Symphony String Quartet and traditional Chinese music artists.
