Wuhan, the hardest-hit city in China's COVID-19 outbreak, lifted outbound travel restrictions on April 8 after 76 days of stringent lockdown. The 11 million people in Wuhan are embracing the city's rebirth, as several sectors in daily life — restaurants, shopping malls, transportation, delivery service and manufacturing — gradually recover to normal.
