Pandas play as visitors are welcomed back to their home at ski resort

After a visitor suspension of nearly six months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, two giant pandas, 12-year-old male "Youyou" and 13-year-old female "Sijia" welcomed their fans recently at Yabuli Ski Resort in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province.

Despite the sweltering temperatures, the giant pandas are enjoying their literally cool life provided by their handlers, including air conditioning, ice cubes, a bathing pool and various fresh fruits.

Sijia and Youyou came to Yabuli in 2016 from Southwest China's Sichuan province, which is thousands of kilometers away.
