The 300-meter-long street, which is a famous night market food street in the central metropolis, has many restaurants and time-honored stores selling local snacks and products from around the country, including the famous Changsha snack stinky tofu, which is made from strong-smelling preserved bean curds, kebabs and bubble teas .

Meanwhile, Taiping Street, which carries the city's long history and culture, also is a must-go tourist site as the street has many historical relics and ancient architecture.
