Music festival held in rice fields marks harvest start

A music festival was held in a rice field in Luoyang, Central China's Henan province, on Nov 8, 2020. [Photos by Kang Hongjun/For chinadaily.com.cn]

A ceremony representing the start of harvest was held during the festival. Visitors and local villagers waved scythes to reap the crops. It marked the start of the rice harvest in a planting area of about 67 hectares.
