Guizhou holds intangible cultural heritage performances to welcome the new year

Dressed in costumes, Miao villagers held a unique traditional cultural performance in the Miao village of Jijia in Zhengguang village, Danzhai county, Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Thursday.

They performed the Lusheng dance, Miao ancient songs, and the bronze-drum and ancient scoop dances. The traditional performances, which were based on local intangible cultural heritage songs and dances, provided the folks who returned home for Spring Festival with the strong flavor of the Lunar New Year.
