150k vaccine doses en route to Syria from Chinese Red Cross

A batch of 150,000 domestic COVID-19 vaccines donated to Syria from the Red Cross Society of China left Beijing in the early hours of Wednesday, according to the society.
The donation is expected to aid Syria in fighting the disease and safeguarding the health of its people, the society said.
Since the pandemic broke out, the society has been playing an active role in providing humanitarian aid to foreign countries, including donating anti-epidemic materials and vaccines to those in need.
