Overseas talent exchange highlighted at upcoming convention

Candidates with overseas master's degrees or higher who have been working for more than two years overseas are encouraged to participate in an upcoming convention on the exchange of overseas talent, according to organizers.

The annual convention, as well as the 23rd Guangzhou Convention of Overseas Chinese Scholars in Science and Technology, is scheduled to open in December in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province.

Overseas doctoral candidates, entrepreneurs who have started businesses overseas, senior managers or technicians in well-known overseas companies and experts and scholars who hold posts of associate professor or above in colleges, scientific research institutions and universities are also welcome to participate.

An online cloud venue will also be held during the convention to launch activities such as project docking, recruitment and smart exhibitions, offering more services for participants.
