Chinese data technology firm Agilor unveiled its real-time database system with a response time of nanosecond level, as more companies explore domestic industrial software technologies for industrial digitalization.
Huang Siyuan, CEO of Agilor, said the company's real-time database system has already been commercialized, although the company was incubated and set up by the Institute of Software of the Chinese Academy of Sciences at the end of last year.
To better serve the digital transformation of local companies, Agilor has also developed a business model of charging fees on software services instead of authorization, which greatly reduced the threshold for the use of domestic industrial software.
"Industrial software has become a typical bottleneck technology in China and is essential to the safety and control of the industrial chain and supply chain," said Mi Lei, founding partner of Casstar, a venture capital firm focused on hard tech investment.
"The industrial software sector urgently needs leading hard technology companies to break the status quo of being constrained by scientific and technological innovations, so as to further contribute to the country's transformation from a large manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing power," Mi said.
