More than 20 shopping malls in Shanghai have been friendly to pets, allowing them to walk in the shopping malls outdoors, letting them inside shopping malls but without stepping on the floor, or getting them to use free trolleys. Still, the pet-friendly malls require that pets be kept on a leash at all times.
