Beijing Fengtai Railway Station to boast a new system

Covering nearly 400,000 square meters, Beijing Fengtai Railway Station is China's first railway station to adopt an overlapping rail design, which allows regular and high-speed trains to pass in the same time. The new railway station, which is expected to open later this year, plans to further optimize Beijing's transportation structure and improve the capital's comprehensive transportation system.
