A rescuer is lowered from a helicopter to save a sailor in distress after a Panamanian cargo ship was grounded due to the influence of Typhoon Nanmadol and cold air off the coast of Weihai, Shandong province on Sept 19. The Beihai Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport sent a rescue vessel and a helicopter following the accident. The crew onboard the ship consisting of 25 members were all rescued.
