Women spin wool into bouquet business

As the International Women's Day approaches, women in Rongcheng, a county-level city of Weihai, Shandong province, are busy making wool bouquets to fulfill orders.

To create opportunities for women to start up business, local women's federations have founded incubation bases to provide services covering training on craft techniques, business startup procedures and marketing. Wool bouquet making is one of the businesses local women are developing.

To expand marketing channels, they are also learning to make short videos to put on livestreaming channels to sell their products.
