Moving part of the supply chains or factories out of China is "a big mistake", said Luis Rubio, president of Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China. He believes China's business environment is "more mature than other countries" with friendly tax regulations, high levels of security and local governments' active efforts to help set up companies.
