Fujian's Zhangzhou sees boost in private sector

The private sector in Zhangzhou, Fujian province, has witnessed significant growth in recent years thanks to the city's continuous efforts in optimizing the business environment and implementing favorable policies.

These measures aim to encourage and support companies in pursuing a path of high-quality development characterized by innovation, automation and eco-friendly practices.

In 2022, the aggregate output value of large-scale private industrial firms in the city reached 546.12 billion yuan ($75.90 billion), a growth rate of 11.8 percent.
