China, EU ought to enhance mutual trust, says Chinese premier

PARIS -- China and the European Union (EU) should enhance mutual trust and address concerns through successful cooperation, Chinese Premier Li Qiang said here Thursday.

That is conducive to the common development of China and the EU, the joint response to global challenges, and the building of a multi-polar world, Li said when he met with President of the European Council Charles Michel on the sidelines of the Summit for a New Global Financing Pact.
