Night-time activities heat up economy

The night economy has lightened up cities in China as high temperatures continue to sweep the country at day time. Southwest China's Chongqing municipality has launched more than 200 themed events this summer to boost consumption at night.

The Anqing city of Anhui province, Yulin city of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, and Xi'an city of Shaanxi province have all promoted night-time activities via night fairs to boost consumption and provided convenience for residents and tourists. Let's take a look.
