A tasty way to explore a city

Beijing Radio and Television recently organized an annual "Most Delicious Hometown Flavor — Most Beautiful Hometown People" event.

It featured a live broadcast of food enthusiasts and foreign visitors gathering to explore the capital's streets and alleys and discover different cuisine and culture.

During Spring Festival of 2022 and 2023, the event launched a 24-hour live broadcast to showcase popular dishes and folk customs from various regions in China. The initiative allowed the general public to experience the atmosphere of the festival.

This year's event unveiled a solicitation activity of "Foreigners also love Chinese cuisine" to the world, and expats can take short videos to tell their own story about Chinese dishes. After selection, the top 10 best stories will be announced and broadcast on BRTV's social media accounts.
