Rescue underway in flooded city of Zhuozhou in Hebei

Rescue teams continued their work on Wednesday in Zhuozhou, Hebei province, to extract people trapped in houses by floodwaters after days of downpours brought by Typhoon Doksuri.

Water volume in the city's rivers has increased as floodwater rush in from upstream, the local government said.
