Guizhou's pink sea of grass attracts tourists

More than 53 hectares of pink muhlygrass recently attracted a large number of tourists to Shenquangu scenic area in Changshun county of Qiannan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture in Guizhou province.

Ornamental pink muhlygrass displays pink flower spikes and seed plumes from August to November, forming a sea of pink to decorate the autumn landscape.

In addition to appreciating the pink muhlygrass, tourists can experience different recreation facilities including a sightseeing train, a glass walkway and a camping base at the scenic spot.
