Meet Sarah Marjorey Kisakye, an ambitious Ugandan pursuing her PhD in Global Communication and Governance at the Communication University of China.

Kisakye's story is not just about personal ambition; it's about her commitment to her homeland, Uganda and Africa. The former journalist aspires to make a significant impact on poverty alleviation back in the continent.

As part of her course, a visit to a village that has moved out of poverty in North China has inspired her to bring about positive change on a global scale by serving her country, her people, and other nations in need.
