3 injured, 1 in custody after shooting at State Fair of Texas in Dallas

HOUSTON -- Three people were injured after a shooting Saturday night at the State Fair of Texas in Dallas, authorities said.
One person is in custody following the shooting near the fair's food court before 8:00 pm local time (0100 GMT Sunday), the Dallas Police Department said.
Officers received reports of the shooting and arrived at the scene to evacuate the park.
Dallas Police said that based on preliminary information, a man shot at another man and three others were injured.
Local media reported that the gunman tried to flee the scene on foot before authorities arrested him.
An investigation is underway.
