A recent image shows construction of Foling Tunnel on Fuzhou East Ring Expressway in Jiangxi province. China Railway 24th Bureau Group Corp, a State contractor, said the project team bored through the right part of the tunnel project, a milestone amid construction of the two-way four-lane expressway, which aims to improve local traffic conditions during rush hours, better link Fuzhou with the provincial highway network and boost integrated development.
