Flying Tigers veteran looks to future generation for legacy continuation

Flying Tigers veteran Harry Moyer, 103, expressed profound gratitude for a letter from President Xi Jinping endorsing the continuation of the Flying Tigers' spirit among the next generation.

During his visit to Beijing on Oct 29, Moyer enthusiastically said of the letter, "It was awesome."

Moyer underscored the importance of fostering future generations' friendship and revealed plans for cultural exchanges.

He expects 25 Chinese students to visit the US in January, while an equal number of American students will journey to China. This exchange aims to reignite the deep companionship that once defined the era, fortifying the enduring bond between China and the US.
