International Cosmetic Festival kicks off in Jing'an district, Shanghai

The 2024 Shanghai International Cosmetic Festival kicked off in Jing'an district on April 25. Renowned cosmetic brands such as L'Oreal, Estee Lauder, Guerlain, Shiseido and more will introduce their latest products during the festival.

Together with leading retailers and beauty influencers based in Jing'an district, they will present a series of flash mop events, public benefit activities and live-streaming events.

This is the fifth year Jing'an district has held the annual cosmetic festival, which also marks the launch of Jing'an's shopping festival.

In 2022, Jing'an district released a plan to promote high-quality development of cosmetic industries. Since then, 14 leading international cosmetic brands have opened their first shops on the Nanjing Road West, a major commercial area of Jing'an district, one of which opened its first Asian shop there.
