Collaborating with guest chefs Mohammad Safril Bin Abdur Rahman and Mohammad Hafiz Bin Hassan from Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur, China World Hotel's culinary team presents a tantalizing menu featuring iconic Malaysian dishes such as beef rendang, Nyonya-style sambal shrimp, and coconut pandan rolls, showcasing the rich flavors and vibrant hues that define Malaysian gastronomy.

In addition to the food festival, China World Hotel is hosting a special durian-themed promotion from May 20 to Aug 31, featuring durian displays, fresh durian sales, Malaysian art and cultural exhibitions, dance performances, and markets. Renowned pastry chef Wu Di has crafted four delectable durian desserts — including Durian Cake, Durian Basque Cheesecake, Durian Tiramisu, and Durian Bean Flour Cake Roll — each highlighting the exquisite D24 Durian, also known as Sultan Durian, sourced from Malaysia.
