Shanxi promotes culture and tourism among students

North China's Shanxi province captivated college students with its allure during an event held in Beijing on Tuesday. The provincial culture and tourism department organized a promotional gathering at the Communication University of China in Beijing, unveiling the province's rich and distinctive cultural and tourism offerings.
At the event, a new book detailing 100 cultural relics in Shanxi, guiding readers through the tapestry of Chinese civilization, was launched. This publication is set to find a place in the libraries of several higher education institutions in Beijing, including Beijing Normal University, Beihang University, and Beijing Jiaotong University.
The aim is to facilitate the transmission and preservation of knowledge and culture, sparking the curiosity of more young individuals and students to venture to Shanxi, where they can delve into and immerse themselves in the essence of Chinese civilization.
During the Beijing event, the inauguration of the Shanxi Cultural and Tourism High-Quality Development Promotion Platform took place. This platform assembles a cadre of tourism specialists tasked with crafting tourism products and establishing a robust product promotion framework.
The primary objective of this platform is to intricately fuse and enhance cultural and tourism resources, providing a wide array of comprehensive cultural exploration and tourism services to visitors.
