Hebei's Hejian leaps into intelligent remanufacturing

Hejian, a county-level city in Hebei province, is home to over 170 remanufacturing companies and focuses on innovation to drive its industry towards "intelligent remanufacturing."

The city advances key sectors, such as automotive parts, petroleum drilling equipment and computer servers, by creating development platforms, attracting talent and fostering innovation.

In 2023, Hejian's remanufacturing sector generated revenues exceeding 14 billion yuan ($1.94 billion).
