Between July 1 and August 11, the city's two airports handled 96,000 flights, or 2,293 flights per day, representing a 10.1 percent year-on-year growth. In the meantime, the airport group also reported 15.34 million passenger trips traveling via Shanghai's two airports, or 365,000 passenger trips daily on average, a surge of 18.2 percent from the same period of last year.

To improve the travel experience at Shanghai's two airports, the airport group has constantly upgraded its hardware facilities and optimized related services.

The round-the-clock one-stop service stations that cater to the international travelers arriving at Shanghai's two international airports are one of the latest efforts of Shanghai to better respond the rising international travel demand.
