Heavy rainfall hits Tianjin

Tianjin municipality upgraded its rainstorm alert on Monday morning after experiencing the heaviest rainfall of this year's flood season. From 7 am on Sunday to 2 pm Monday, the city's average rainfall reached 85.6 milimeters, with a peak of 280.9 mm.
