Unveiling the mysterious mask of Chu Prince Mausoleum in Xuzhou

The 25-member exploration team of the "Canal Chic: Reviving China's Heritage" creative planning project (Jiangsu station), comprising painters, designers and cultural creative workers from both home and abroad, went to visit Shizishan Chu Prince Mausoleum in Xuzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, on Sept 2, 2024.

Located in eastern Xuzhou, Shizishan Chu Prince Mausoleum is a prince mausoleum in the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC - AD 24). It's a rare large-scale Western Han Dynasty tomb carved into a cliff and renowned as one of China's most important archaeological discoveries of the 20th century.
