Cloud-controlled rice production line starts in Harbin

The rice processing digital workshop and intelligent cloud control production line of Fuxing Rice started operation in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, very recently.

In the intelligent digital workshop, a continuous stream of entrepreneurs came to visit, witnessing the new transformation of controllable deep processing of rice. To achieve controllable and adjustable rice processing standards, Fuxing Rice has introduced the first intelligent solution from domestic intelligent sorting enterprise Jiexun Optoelectronic.

The solution can not only realize real-time feedback of processing data, but also independently regulate production according to processing standards to ensure the quality of processed products in real time, breaking through traditional rice processing technology. The entire rice process has achieved grain saving and loss reduction, and has greatly reduced power consumption in production.
